Founded in 2003, Mile of Smiles Timing Services is an event
timing provider, that primarily concentrates on road races. We
offer to our clients a variety of services which includes not
only timing of the participants, but will also help with promotions
for the event.
Miles of Smiles Timing Services' goal is to provide the highest
level of service to our clients. In our first year of business,
we coordinated the race results of more than twenty races within
the Western Pennsylvania region. In Western Pennsylvania, we are
the timing service of choice for affordable, accurate, and professional

We had a huge increase in races which made our total
number of finishers to increase 7,038 from last year. We timed
many first year races which brought our average down a little.
2009:149 events, 22,730 Miles of Smiles Finishers,
152.5 race finishers average.
2008: 100 events, 15,692 Miles of Smiles Finishers,
156.9 race finishers average.
2007: 95 events, 12,408 Miles of Smiles Finishers,
130.6 race finishers average.
2006: 62 events, 7,852 Miles of Smiles Finishers,
126.6 race finishers average.
2005: 46 events, 4,851 Miles of Smiles Finishers,
112.8 race finishers average.
2004: 32 events, 3,006 Miles of Smiles Finishers,
115.6 race finishers average.
2003: 22 events, 1,821 Miles of Smiles Finishers,
113.8 race finishers average.
+ 49.0% events, + 44.8% finishers, -2.7%
race finishers average.
On Thanksgiving Day this year, we RFID chip
timed our largest race ever with 1,227 finishers.
